Trilogy Ocala Preserve

Trilogy Ocala Preserve is a 600 acre resort style community featuring
unique outdoor experiences including a 7-acre lake for fishing, kayaking or
canoeing, three separately themed parks that wind throughout the community, and
an expansive network of walking, biking, and hiking trails.

 This spectacular
environment also features an innovative Tom Lehman-designed golf course designed
to offer a 4 different options for play, and two spectacular Resort Clubs, The Oak
Club and the Tack Club.

 The Salted Brick
restaurant is located on site, and  concierge
service is available poolside with just a phone call .  Also onsite is Alvea Spa & Wellness at
Ocala Preserve offering beauty, spa and wellness services.   Additional activities like wine tasting,
cooking classes and much more are posted on a “things to do” board daily, so residents
always have plenty of options to occupy their time.  

The Community Association fee is currently $437.00 per month,
paid quarterly.  It covers lawn
maintenance, including water for irrigation, expanded cable package, Internet,
gated access, street lights, common area maintenance, golf, and use of the
clubhouse.  Household water, sewer and
trash pickup are not included.
